
Like any and every other year, one of my 2010 resolutions would be to be in good shape!
Whether or not I'll eventually achieve this, I hope I don't expand any more.
So far, I've been paying regular visits to the gym this year. :)
I've been quite busy and could only afford night trips to the gym but good thing it closes at midnight! It is quite therapeutic to be working out at night when there's hardly anyone around.
After a session with a trainer last week, I realized that I've been working out blindly. Yup, all the cardio wasn't as efficient as I thought.
With that, I'm now on a different routine and I hope to see results soon!
Aside that, I'm still trying to get 'rid' of my sweet tooth slowly.
